Connecting Your People
Our cloud-based PBX solutions allow your staff to be located in different offices (even work from home) and essentially be on the same phone network. They can take and transfer calls as if they were all in the same office. Have a staff member that travels a lot? No problem, we can setup our Mobile App (Android and iOS) on their mobile phone and they can be connected to the office phone network, make calls from the main office line, and have staff members transfer calls to their extension number.
IVR & Conference Calling
Would you like an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to guide your incoming callers to the correct department? Keeping it simple, we can ensure they do not have to navigate through endless menus, a simple 1 layer IVR can ensure that calls are not routed to the wrong department and in turn your staff are not wasting their time trying to connect the caller to the right person. Along with this we also offer basic 3-way conference calling right the way through to VOIP meeting rooms where multiple callers (internal and external) can have a conference call.
The Basics
As well as all the fancy things, our phone system does do the basics very well. You can make and receive phone calls, users can have DDIs (Direct Dial In Numbers), users can have voicemail (with email functionality to notify them of any voicemails), attended and unattended call transfer, call parking and on hold music to name a few. The phone’s and equipment we provide are state of the art and the latest VOIP technology available. Accessories such as headsets and reception desk expansion modules are all available along with conference room pods.
